When you create an account or use the app, we collect and process the following categories of information:

• Account data: first name, last name, email address, user ID, system role, class assignment, and approval status.
• Profile data: phone number, country code, document number, gender, marital status, residence, nationality, occupation, birthdate, baptism date (optional), and class role.
• Attendance data: attendance date, class ID, answers to attendance questions, and optional study-contact information that users enter, such as another person's name and phone number.
• Technical and operational data: basic app, device, and error information needed to keep the service working, protect accounts, and troubleshoot issues.

2. How We Use Information

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Authenticate users and control access by role and approval status.
• Provide attendance, reporting, class-management, and profile-management features.
• Allow instructors and administrators to manage classes, students, and attendance records.
• Support communication features, such as opening WhatsApp links when available.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve app reliability.

3. Legal Basis (Argentina)

In Argentina, personal data is processed in accordance with Law No. 25,326 and related regulations, as applicable. Depending on the context, processing may be based on consent, performance of requested services, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests compatible with applicable law.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal data. We share personal data only as needed to operate the app or when required by law. Service providers may include:

• Google Firebase for authentication, database, and related infrastructure services.
• Expo for app platform services, where applicable.
• Platform and communication providers such as Apple, Google, or WhatsApp, only to the extent needed for device, app-distribution, or deep-link functionality.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to operate the app, maintain class and attendance history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. If you request deletion, we will review the request and delete or anonymize personal data when permitted and required by applicable law.

6. Account Deletion and Privacy Requests

To request access, correction, update, or deletion of your personal data, contact us at h_buenaventura@outlook.com from the email address associated with your account. Please describe your request clearly so we can verify and process it.

If you request account deletion, we may need to retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of storage, transmission, or security control is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights (Argentina)

Under Argentina's Law No. 25,326, data subjects may request access, rectification, update, and suppression of personal data, as applicable.

Access requests are generally free of charge every six months. Controllers generally must respond to access requests within 10 calendar days, and to rectification, update, or suppression requests within 5 business days, in accordance with applicable rules.

The control authority is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP). If your rights are not respected, you may file a complaint with AAIP.

9. Age Requirement

The app is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from anyone under 18 through the app. If you believe that a person under 18 has provided personal data through the app, contact us at h_buenaventura@outlook.com so we can review and delete the data where appropriate.

10. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own through our service providers. Where required by applicable law, we apply reasonable safeguards and contractual measures.
